Description of Pictures: (030124) A couple of video clips from the flight from DC to Orlando for the 10th Annual Lotusphere conference. The flight was two hours late and I was pretty cranky by the time I got down there. Although I was over the wing and didn't have a great view of anything, I took video clips during the flight.
(030202) I took pictures of the trip back from Orlando to DC but nothing much came out. I was in the plane with a high school group which had had a chaperoned winter vacation down there. They kept laughing about how much trouble they were going to be in because of the kegs they had set up in some of the rooms.
(030606) Las Vegas was so hot (105 degrees) that even the airplanes needed sunshades for their windows. I talked with a ticket agent and he said the windshields contained a number of sensing devices and the extreme heat tended to fry them so they had to come up with this.

2003 photos: Equipment this year: I decided my Epson digital camera wasn't quite enough for what I wanted. Since I already had Compact Flash chips for it, I had to find another camera which used CF chips. That brought me to buy the Fujifilm S602 Zoom in March 2003. A great digital camera, I used it exclusively for an entire year.
Trips this year: Three-week trip this year out west, mostly in Utah.
Number of photos taken this year: 68,000.
