In the spirit of gratitude for our natural and historic treasures found from sea to shining sea, the President and Mrs. Bush chose to highlight our nation's National Parks for the 2007 White House Christmas theme, Holiday in the National Parks.
Artists from across the country used their creative talents to decorate ornaments representing 349 National Park System sites, which were displayed throughout December in the Blue Room of the White House.
