Civilian Conservation Corps Coat
The Civilian Conservation Corps was a federal public works program that existed from 1933 to 1942 to provide employment during the Great Depression. The Army organized and provided administrative support to the camps situated across the United States. The Army also provided modified uniforms such as this olive drag wool coat with brass buttons for wear by members of the corps. |
