Members of the National Cartoonists Society celebrated the late Chester Gould and the 75th anniversary of the Dick Tracy comic strip at their annual gala by drawing on replicas of the detective's iconic fedora. Editorial cartoonist Ann Telnaes is the co-author of Dick, a collection of Vice President Cheney cartoons published in 2006. |
