* Cough 3-5 times.
* Use the swab to run the inside of your mouth for 20 seconds.
* Open the tube and insert the swab inside the tube. Do not drink or spill the liquid.
* Close the tube and shake it gently 3 times. Do not write on the tube.
* Put everything back in the large Ziploc bag and close it.
* Deposit your completed test in the bin.
