As Franklin Square Park is prepared for re-opening in early September, the Washington DC chapter of Food Not Bombs demands that the DowntownDC Business Improvement District make a written and verbal commitment to allowing mutual-aid, religious, and other non-profit organizations to resume serving the park's unhoused community. |
