Autopen or not?
Thurgood Marshall's nomination to be an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court of the United States was signed by President Lyndon Johnson. How do we know it was Johnson signing and not an autopen? When Johnson signed something himself, he often marked a dot under his signature. |
