"I'm very worried for my fellow workers and volunteers, as well as the many patients I've treated and transported since the severity of the pandemic had escalated. What worries me most, however, are the people that need to be patients, but will refuse care because they can't afford a hospital visit, or to leave work for the sake of their family. My fellow workers in the healthcare field, and all of the workers that keep our society running and alive in our stores, school systems, municipal systems, and all other fields, are the most vulnerable to the virus, and it's time we took better care of the people we need most." |
