These telecommunications rigs have been showing up all over the Mall over the last couple of months -- American History, Air and Space, the Capitol, here, etc -- in preparation of the Trump inauguration. They expected a lot more people to show up than actually came and most of them weren't in the correct places for the bigger women's march the next day. |
