This part of the Japanese internment exhibit honors to Japanese who fought for the United States in Europe during World War II. Their flags are on the wall. Oddly enough, while they were imprisoned in the camps, they were still eligible for the draft and were encouraged to fight against fascism while their parents and family were still in the camps. |
