About 11 A.M. the Brigade moved to support Gen. Ewing and was ordered to capture and hold the Glass House near the tunnel. Upon reaching it, it was found on fire. The 93d Illinois and 26th Missouri soon followed by the rest of the Brigade, next charged up the slope of Tunnel Hill to assist the 27th Pennsylvania of Buschbeck's Brigade assaulting there. The lines reached the crest, and were there supported by a part of Raum's Brigade. All were driven beyond the foot of the hill by a charge on their front and on their right flank.
