This diorama documents Pepco's troubles during this past winter's power outages, and was created by Chris Schwartz, Brady Gordon and David Rosenblatt, from Washington; and Karin French, of Takoma Park. "We're on the side of the poor Peepco workers who are trying desperately to make the situation right," Schwartz says. "There was a lot of frustration with the power outage, but those folks weren't the ones causing the problem." |
