In 1991, Stan Lee wanted to develop a female superhero that crossed over into reality. At the time that Nightcat was released, Jacqueline Taverez, a singer and actress, was hired to embody Nightcat in real life. An entire album titled Nightcat was recorded, but unfortunately, neither the comic nor album was a success. |
