Existing comment: Marklin, Girder bridge, 1904
Marklin's girder bridge draws inspiration from the designs of Gustav Eiffel. The largest and most elaborate toy bridge the firm produced, it features four working kerosene lamps. Bridges were among the first achievements of the Industrial Revolutions "Age of Iron" and were essential for railroads running over water for mountainous terrain.
