Michael Davis:
Michael Davis is a poet, guitarist, and editor. He has been visiting schools in Arlington, Va., Northern Virginia, and the Washington area for more than 12 years to engage young students in writing poetry. A chapbook of his poetry, Upon Waking, was published by Mica Press. His poetry has appeared in Poet Lore, Lip Service, Innisfree, Minimus, and the anthologies Open Door and Cabin Fever. He has read at Iota, Mariposa, The Writers' Center, Café Muse, Miller Cabin, Library of Congress Poetry at Noon series, and elsewhere. |
