DORIS ROBERTS has distinguished herself with roles on stage, in films and on television. She starred on Broadway in many productions including Bad Habits, for which she won the Outer Critics Circle Award. Doris' nearly 30 feature-film credits include The Rose (1979), National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (1989, and All Over the Guy (2001). Nominated for nine Emmy® Awards, she won the 2001, 2002 and 2003 Emmy® Awards as Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for Everybody Loves Raymond. She also won an Emmy® Award for a guest-starring role in St. Elsewhere and was nominated for an Emmy for her supporting role in Remington Steele. Doris' memoir, Are You Hungry, Dear? was published in 2003.
