They're replacing the newspaper recycle bins (you'll see them behind the yellow barrier in the back) with new ones -- one for Recycle and one for Trash. Both have the same lid so people will toss trash in both of them. But admittedly the old recycle bins only worked for newspapers, of which there are fewer than normal now. |
