Timothy T. Day
Tim Day is a distinguished entrepreneur, visionary leader, and philanthropist. He founded Bar-S Foods Co. in 1981 where he served as its Chief Executive Officer for over 30 years, building one of its foremost companies in the processed-meat industry.
He joined the Marine Corps in 1956 and attained the rank of Captain. Military service completed his transformation from youth to manhood and profoundly influenced his core values, personal traits, and character. This life-changing experience instilled a deep appreciation for providing strong leadership; pursuing a culture of excellence; promoting sound values and personal integrity; fostering a spirit of teamwork; exercising discipline; and being decisive and action-oriented. Recognizing that these principles laid the foundation for success, Tim has dedicated much of his life to supporting the Marine Corps and brother Marines. |
