Puppet Theater:
The YRC puppet theater is a popular place for young visitors to use their own imagination and creativity. On special occasions the tables are turned and children become the audience, as occurred on the day after Thanksgiving in 2014, when volunteers and staff performed a rendition of Maurice Sendak's "Where the Wild Things Are." Max wears a hand made crown and wolf suit designed by a volunteer puppeteer. |
