* Dr. Kimberly N. Kutz for her 2013 University of North Carolina dissertation. Its title was "Lincoln's Ghosts: The Posthumous Career of an American Icon." Currently she's a visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg. |
