Scott Sowers grew up in northeastern Ohio and began pitching stories to magazines while still in high school. After college, he started writing features for the alternative press and ended up in Washington, where he began a successful career as a freelance television producer and print journalist. He lives near the Navy Yard, where he spends his days consulting, writing features, producing films, and exercising his greatest passion -- writing fiction.
