The Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial opened to the public on Friday, September 19, 2020 after its original May 8 opening was scrubbed due to Covid-19. Located between the National Air and Space Museum and the Department of Education, it's open 24/7 and the all-important public bathrooms are available from 10-6pm. Critics say it's easier to appreciate at night. |
