While Charleston has extensive zoning restrictions, neighboring Mount Pleasant has nothing. The building on the left was built for lawyers feeding off the tobacco settlement. The high-rises on the right are luxury apartments. The ranger told me that the places in there that you *didn't* want were about $825,000. |
