Existing comment: Voynich Study Material:
On March 9, 1954 after more than two years of planning, Friedman attended a meeting at Princeton's Institute for Advanced Study. He went there to talk to two of its most powerful fellows, the mathematician John von Neumann and the art historian Erwin Panofsky. Our only record of the meeting is this questionnaire about the Voynich Manuscript, with exacting questions by Friedman and careful answers by Panofsky.
