Microhomes via microloans for the homeless appears to be the most affordable solution for housing & possible re-entry into the work force & tax base... A microhome lessens exposure to these hazards -- extreme cold, deep snow, falling limbs, lightning, rain, hail, direct sun, wind, mosquitoes, ticks, bees, ants, spiders, worms, centipedes, roaches, mice, moles, rats, chipmunks, squirrels, rabbits , cats, dogs, skunks, ground hogs, armadillo, foxes, raccons [sic], opossums, deer, black bears, snakes, coyotes, birds, owls, vultures, packs of abandoned dogs --- ... bats...
