Council back in October approved legislation allowing the number of vehicles to increase -- where before 7,000 scooters and 4,000 e-bikes were allowed, by October 1, 2023, 20,000 would be allowed -- but also required that "services provide a way for the devices to be locked to racks or poles." That requirement goes into effect on October 1, 2021. |
