Market Master's House:
Built by Christopher Lowndes of Bostick around 1765 on a lot overlooking the adjoining market space, the Market Master's House is a unique example of a stone building in the area. It was used for a time as a post office and store and is one of four surviving pre-Revolutionary buildings in the town of Bladensburg. |
