Constructed in 1765, the Morris-Jumel Mansion is one of New York City's oldest buildings.
On July 10, 1790, Washington hosted a dinner here that included Hamilton, Jefferson, and other members of his cabinet.
This was one of the first times the men of Washington's administration were brought together. |
