The Navy Academy is erecting a series of gates around some of the buildings for security reasons. Unlike at West Point, which is closed up as tight as a drum, they claim in Annapolis that they're only making sure that the public (i.e. terrorists) can't access some of the buildings but the others will remain open to the public. |
