Know Your Rights!
1. You have the right to remain silent. Say, "I wish to remain silent."
2. Do not consent to be searched. Say, "I do not consent to this search."
3. If you are stopped, ask if you are free to leave. Say, "Am I free to leave?"
4. You have a right to know your charges. Say, "Am I under arrest? For what crime?"
5. Cops can and will lie to you... especially if you are detained or held. Say, "I wish to remain silent. I'd like to take to an attorney."

Continue to repeat those words until you receive an attorney and otherwise remain silent.
