Ash Tyler's Terran Empire Security Uniform
This standard Terran Empire duty uniform was worn by Ash Tyler (Shazad Latif) while aboard the ISS Shenzhou. The copper-colored piping and trim details on the armor pieces signify a senior security officer in the Empire. The leather armor was created from custom molded thermoplastic with a custom leather overlay. Leather gloves were custom designed and feature neoprene knuckle padding. The fabric for the uniform jumpsuit was hand-dyed in Switzerland and assembled by the Star Trek: Discovery costume department under the direction of costume designer Gersha Phillips. |
