After passing the Christian fundamentalist folks celebrating, because nothing says "pro-life" as much as cheering the death of someone, you reached the Supreme Court where the crowd, all wearing masks, mourned the loss of Ruth Bader Ginsburg who passed on September 18, 2020. Some there hoped there were some Republican Senators with integrity who would refuse to approve a new justice so close to an election (echoing Russian Mitch's blocking hearings on Merrick Garland). Unfortunately, Republican Senators with integrity have largely run away in the age of Trump. |
