Marjorie Henderson Buell, best known as Marge, was an artist and cartoonist. Some of her first popular comic strips were The Boy Friend and Dashing Dot. Her most famous creation was Little Lulu. Buell's character Little Lulu was widely marked in collectible dolls, games, comic books, and animated cartoons. She was also used in advertisements for Kleenex tissues. |
