Curtis Robinson flew 33 combat missions in Anzio, Italy prior to becoming a flight instructor. His family produced three military officers during World War II, he plus two older brothers -- a fourth brother was a staff sergeant. A Pilot's Journey covers his life and his family's since their arrival in America in the late 1700s. A Pilot's Journey was used, and Robinson was interviewed by George Lucas's staff in the making of the movie "Redtails." |
