Museum Laboratory:
Museum staff occupies [sic] several multipurpose biosafety-level-2-rated laboratories for the preparation, preservation and research related to the collections and for demonstrating these functions. In this laboratory, staff can safely maintain fluid-preserved specimens and perform tissue embedding and histological (microscope) preparation. The laboratory is also equipped for cleaning and conserving objects, artwork, and documents. You may also see staff and other properly trained individuals working on special projects. |
