Sniper Lee Boyd Malvo used this pay phone to call the FBI's tip line with a threatening message. The FBI traced the call to a gas station near Richmond, Va. When police arrived on the scene, the snipers were gone. Two men in a white van spotted near the phone briefly became chief suspects. |
