Pillsbury's Cook Book, 1920s

Founded in 1869 on the banks of the Mississippi River in what would become downtown Minneapolis, Pillsbury soon became a world leader in flour products. The seven-story A Mill was built of limestone quarried right from the river and was the largest flour mill in the world. This early cookbook featured illustrations and information on the mill.
