Congressman John Lewis, seen here at the National Book Festival in 2016 promoting his graphic novel "March", passed on July 17, 2020. He was the last surviving speaker from the 1963 March on Washington and was a major figure in the battle for civil rights. He was someone who got in good trouble his entire life. He'll be missed. |
