Two Union veterans whose bodies were found at the Manassas National Battlefield are buried with full honors at a special ceremony at Arlington Cemetery. They are the first in-ground burials in a new 27-acre section of the cemetery. Unlike in Charlottesville, there were in fact some good people on both sides during the Civil War but I doubt any of the Union folks were fighting to preserve slavery.
