Colleen Shogan is a senior executive at the Library of Congress, where she works on programs such as the National Book Festival, and formerly served as deputy director of the Congressional Research Service and as a Senate staffer. She has written three mysteries in the Washington Whodunit series featuring Hill staffer Kit Marshall and her friends: "Homicide in the House," "Stabbing in the Senate," and Calamity at the Continental Club."
