There are three mice. This one is at the far end of the piece.
The designer, Larysa Kurylas, had mentioned the mice in her presentation at the University of Maryland and I went back to find them and point them out to passers-by.

Kurylas said farmers and their families starving after their wheat had been confiscated would scan fields for signs of mice as a pointer to where some fallen wheat kernels might be found. |
