William Clay Ford:
William Clay Ford, youngest son of Edsel and Eleanor and grandson of Henry and Clara Ford, served The Henry Ford for over fifty years, connecting our founding generation to our current leadership. He served the museum as trustee (1951-1964), as Chairman of the Board (1965-1989), and as Chairman Emeritus (1990-2014). In 1998, The Henry Ford's board of trustees unanimously voted to honor Mr. Ford's dedication by naming the great hall of Henry Ford Museum the "William Clay Ford Hall of American Innovation."
