Frank Mankiewicz, an American journalist, political adviser, president of National Public Radio and public relations executive, passed on October 23, 2014. He was the son of screenwriter Herman Mankiewicz, who co-wrote Citizen Kane. His uncle, Joseph Mankiewicz, directed All About Eve. As RFK's press secretary, he had the role of announcing that the Senator had died in the 1968 assassination. |
