Graining Machine:
(1) Chips from Press House are fed through first pair of rollers.
(2) Smaller grains falls through screen in shaker tray, then move down tilted shaker tray towards outlet.
(3) Larger grains move down screen and are directed into the elevator wheel.
(4) Elevator wheel raises larger grains to the next set of rollers.
(5) Process continues until all grains are ground to desired size.
(6) Powder grains exit graining machine to be sorted by size in the bolter. |
