In partnership with Atmosphere Lighting, designer Elizabeth Coco is artistically illuminating the C&O Canal in celebration of GLOW. The dramatic and expressive lighting on the canal bed and walls west of the Wisconsin Avenue Bridge shines a new light on the historic beauty and evolving role of the C&O Canal in Georgetown.
