Cannibalism is well documented in the written record. However, archaeologists have yet to find any evidence of it at the campsites. Electron microscope scans of 30 r the larger bone pieces found ox, horse, deer, dog, rabbit, and rodent bones, but not human remains. Many of the bones found are tiny and too degraded for DNA testing. |
