The first photographs taken from an aero at College Park, were taken on Sept. 19th, 1911, from an altitude of 600 feet. Since a standard aeroplane camera had not yet been developed, a Kodak camera was used. This unique "aero camera" from 1914, along with its negative plates, is also a kodak camera, and was developed for use by the military. |
