On August 12, 2015, it was announced the former President Jimmy Carter was found to have cancer. Here he is at a Politics & Prose bookstore signing a few years ago. Oddly enough, on the day the cancer was announced, I was visiting his presidential library and museum in Atlanta, Georgia. |
