My first encounter with the new flamingo plant holders.
From their web site ( https://montgomeryparks.org/parks-and-trails/brookside-gardens/art-in-the-garden/ ) :

Flamingo Flamboyance Exhibit
Brookside Gardens celebrates garden art this summer with its outdoor installation Flamboyance of Flamingos. Dozens of whimsical flamingos dot the gardens in different poses and are adorned with containers of varying annuals.
We’re taking the iconic garden flamingo to new heights. And, you may even see some of the traditional 1950s plastic pink birds next to their taller metal cousins. In all, there are twenty-four metal flamingos.
Collectively, a group of flamingos is known as a “flamboyance.” You will find the birds throughout the gardens, next to buildings, and inside the Conservatory.
The outdoor art installation was designed by Horticulturists Keely Shaughnessy and Jeanette Proudfoot and fabricated by Welder Chris Stevens. Greenhouse Manager, Nathan Roehrich, grew the plants.
Flamboyance of Flamingos will be at Brookside Gardens through September 2022. Take photos and share on Facebook @BrooksideGardens and use #FlamingoFlamboyance2022. You also can tag Montgomery Parks on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram @MontgomeryParks.
