The birdhouses displayed here were painted by volunteers who have visited the Gardens. The birdhouses were built and painted as part of a local Girl Scout Gold Award project designated to raise awareness of the significance of birds.
Birds are extremely important to our environment and maintaining a healthy ecosystem. However, birds are suffering and need help finding shelter and nesting areas. These birdhouses will allow birds to have a safe home and will hopefully inspire others to create positive change for our wildlife. |
